Key Responsibilities

As a Generative AI Prompt Engineer at KPMG India, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and refining prompts to ensure high-quality, relevant, and contextually accurate AI model interactions.
• Collaborating with business groups to collect requirements for various generative AI use cases.
• Working with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, product managers, and UX designers, to integrate prompt-driven AI features into RPA and other technologies.
• Conducting thorough testing and iterative improvement of prompts based on user feedback and model performance data.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and prompt engineering to maintain cutting-edge practices.
• Addressing and mitigating biases in AI responses to promote ethical AI usage while respecting user privacy and fairness.
• Documenting prompt design processes and decisions, providing clear guidelines for best practices in prompt engineering within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in prompt engineering and AI development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in generating effective AI interactions.
• Deep understanding of generative AI technologies, prompting techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in designing prompts for complex queries.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, including the ability to understand and mitigate biases in AI outputs.
