Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prompts to ensure high-quality, relevant, and contextually precise outputs from generative AI models.
• Collaborate with business groups to gather requirements on generative AI use cases.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, product managers, and UX designers, to integrate prompt-driven AI features into RPA or other technologies.
• Conduct thorough testing and iterative improvements of prompts based on user feedback and model performance data.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and prompt engineering practices to maintain cutting-edge approaches.
• Address and mitigate biases in AI responses, ensuring ethical AI usage that respects privacy and fairness.
• Document prompt design processes and decisions, providing clear guidelines for best practices in prompt engineering within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in prompt engineering and AI development, demonstrated by a strong project portfolio.
• In-depth understanding of generative AI technologies and their underlying mechanisms, including prompting techniques and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in designing prompts for complex queries.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, particularly in identifying and mitigating biases in AI outputs.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and clear articulation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) frameworks and tools.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Published work or contributions to the fields of AI, NLP, or computational linguistics.
