Position Overview: Data Analyst - Finance

As a CPI Team Lead, you will focus on optimizing and automating finance streams. You'll manage current solutions and lead new opportunities using SAP Scripting (VBA), RPA tools like UiPath, and OCR technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for automation and standardization within the CBS FI Streams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new opportunities for process improvement.
  • Supervise the design, development, and implementation of new automation tools for all FI Streams.
  • Manage the maintenance of existing Scripts, Bots, and RPAs in collaboration with CPI Stream Coordinators.
  • Coordinate resources for automation initiatives and projects.
  • Act as the key interface between the IT team and CBS Subject Matter Experts for automation requests.
  • Share best practices with CBS Centers through benchmarking.
  • Provide support and training to CPI Stream Coordinators to ensure project completion.
  • Develop a self-directed team capable of implementing automated solutions via scripting.
  • Provide consultancy and continuous learning for CPI Stream Coordinators using the FEED methodology and financial priorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
  • 6 months of experience in solution development (SAP Scripting, UiPath, VBA, GAS, JAVA, JavaScript, Python).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferred certifications: Six Sigma, Project Management, RPA Technology, Data Mining, Data Analytics.
