About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect/Engineer to join our dynamic team. This crucial role involves designing and implementing data solutions that drive significant value for our clients. As a Data Architect, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive data strategies, architect robust data systems, and ensure the integrity, security, and optimal performance of data assets.

Your expertise in data modeling, database design, and data management will be indispensable in helping our clients harness the full potential of their data, thereby facilitating better decision-making and strategic insights.

The ideal candidate will also excel as a strong individual contributor, capable of executing specialized data solutions and innovating beyond traditional methods when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies.
• Create and maintain scalable data models and design high-performance database systems.
• Guarantee seamless data integration, uphold high data quality, and maintain rigorous data security and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and recommend technological enhancements to meet evolving data needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Data or Software Engineering roles.
• Proficiency in data integration, data warehousing, data modeling, and data platform architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience with Snowflake; SnowPro certification is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with large datasets and big data technologies, including cloud-based systems like AWS, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Databricks, Redshift, MongoDB, etc.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Airflow, DBT, AWS Lambda, Spark, and Informatica PowerCenter.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL, Python, PySpark, Scala, and Java.
• Experience developing in a Public Cloud Environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, Object-Oriented and Distributed databases, and Data Visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI.
