This pivotal role supports the Department of State's Cyber & Technology Security Directorate by ensuring robust cybersecurity and technology security solutions.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Located in Rosslyn, VA and Beltsville, MD, this hybrid role requires a visionary leader capable of driving data management strategies and ensuring alignment with our mission-critical objectives. As a Data Architect at Peraton, you will:

• Lead the integration and operationalization of data across platforms.
• Develop innovative data models and manage data enablement initiatives.
• Direct the management of extensive cybersecurity data sets, while maintaining data integrity.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align data strategies with business goals.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies tailored for cybersecurity analytics.
• Adopt leading-edge technologies to enhance data management capabilities within the DoS.

Basic Qualifications

To qualify for this challenging position, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in defining and implementing enterprise data strategies.
• Experience in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CASP+CE, CISSP, or CCNA Security, or the ability to obtain them.
• U.S. citizenship and the capacity to obtain a Secret security clearance initially, progressing to a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Compensation & Benefits
