Your Role:

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will:

  • Differentiate our solutions from competitors through technical proficiencies and trusted client relationships.
  • Provide presales technical expertise to develop groundbreaking solutions based on thorough performance data analysis, customer feedback, and industry best practices.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product reference architecture discussions to both IT and non-technical audiences, including clinical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the sales process with consultative expertise, balancing trade-offs, costs, performance, reliability, security, and fault tolerance to ensure customer success.
  • Act as a liaison between product marketing and sales teams to optimize product positioning and relay market feedback to the product development team.
  • Facilitate teamwork and mentoring within sales teams throughout the sales lifecycle, including project handovers and ongoing engagements.

You're the Right Fit If:

You possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in medical technology capital equipment sales, healthcare professional services sales, or infrastructure and sales engineering.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in healthcare solutions or software/application sales or presales.
  • An in-depth understanding of IT and healthcare IT technologies, including telehealth, mobility, HL7, DICOM, WCM, FHIR, IHE, cybersecurity, XAAS services, advanced networking, and custom APIs/integrations. (Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, AWS, VCP, CYSA+ are advantageous.)
  • A bachelor's degree (preferred) or 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse roles, from system users to IT and clinical executive decision-makers.
  • The ability to work independently and lead opportunities with a team-centric sales approach.

Philips Transparency Details:

Our Total Target Earnings include base salary and target incentives. Depending on performance, the earning potential ranges from $174,750 to $216,000 annually, plus a company fleet/car. Total compensation may vary based on individual performance and includes a comprehensive benefits package: generous PTO, 401k (with up to 7% match), HSA contributions, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. Additional Information:

US work authorization is required. Sponsorship for a work-authorized visa is not available for this position. Relocation benefits are not provided. The selected candidate must reside in or within commuting distance to the Northeastern US.
