Role Overview

As a key component of a burgeoning team, you will focus on driving data-driven insights that steer marketing strategies and resolve business queries. You will design and implement a robust data architecture that simplifies access to various data sources, empowering Labcorp’s marketing functions. This foundational work is crucial for understanding and engaging with our diverse clientele effectively.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Design scalable data structures to support marketing needs like customer 360 views, journey mapping, personalization, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Upgrade and maintain information architectures to address data challenges, ensuring alignment with analytical and transactional systems.
• Define and oversee the adoption of master data sources across different business facets.
• Develop and continuously improve frameworks ensuring the marketing team has effective tools and models for data management.
• Lead the development of business cases to expand data management and architecture capabilities.

Required Education and Qualifications

Prospective candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related STEM fields, complemented by over 7 years of relevant experience.

Essential Skills

We value:

• Proficiency in distributed data systems like Databricks (Spark) and building ETL jobs.
• Experience with key Martech technologies such as Salesforce platforms, Adobe Analytics, and Eloqua.
• Strong abilities in developing data pipelines and performing data transformations using Spark SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership in managing cross-functional teams.

Experience in healthcare data handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
