Position Overview: Data Architect (SQL Server)

Parser is actively seeking a meticulous and experienced Data Architect to join our talented team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, optimize, and manage the conceptual design and logic of our client data systems. Responsibilities include preparing architectural reports, monitoring systems, and overseeing system migrations.

To excel in this role, you should be adept at evaluating new data system requirements and implementing migration models. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven expertise in data analysis, data engineering, and superior analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, translating them into a comprehensive data architecture plan.
• Implement data security measures to protect sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide support for data-related projects, including data migration, data warehousing, and big data and AI initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate data architecture performance, and recommend improvements as needed.
• Design and develop data models that align with business goals and support data integration and data quality initiatives.

Your Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and other relational database management systems.
• Familiarity with HIPAA data security requirements.
• Experience with both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with data modeling tools and techniques.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
