Job Title: Insurance Data Architect (BI, Data & Analytics)

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Insurance Data Architect to enhance our expanding Data, Analytics & Digital practice. The role involves innovating and leading projects centered on our Insurance Data Product and supporting Pre-Sales operations. As a key member of our team, you will engage various insurers, providing tailored Data & Analytics solutions that span multiple insurance types and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Data & Analytics solutions utilizing the Sapiens Insurance Data Product.
• Articulate the solution scope and technical components, guiding product extensions to meet client needs.
• Enhance and evaluate predefined insurance-specific data models.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their technological landscape and needs during the Pre-Sales phase.
• Assist in creating and demonstrating Proofs of Concept alongside Pre-Sales teams.
• Generate Solution Design and Infrastructure sizing documents tailored to customer growth scenarios.
• Lead Data Modeling and Design workshops during the Delivery Phase.
• Ensure project execution quality by working closely with delivery teams and conducting architecture/solution reviews.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, methodologies, and models.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years of IT experience, specifically with a strong background in Data Architecture and Data Warehousing.
• Substantial experience in the banking, financial services, or insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex data transformation logic.
• Expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT workflows, RDBMS, and potentially NoSQL platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively and represent technical solutions effectively.
• Willingness to travel and experience working with international clients.
