✅ MISSION:

Structure the retrieval, management, and storage of the company's internal or external digital data to ensure their consistency and compliance across all information systems.

✅ EXPECTED RESULTS:

🚀 Result 1: Audit the existing data management architecture (product data, employee data, supplier data, etc.), evaluate data needs and uses within the different company departments, identify and manage the implementation of necessary solutions to optimize data flow regardless of the interlocutor, department, or country.
🚀 Result 2: Within 6 months, finalize the product indexing (from the AMM and throughout their lifecycle) and extend it to industry and marketing, participate in the implementation of the Veeva project by defining the data organization, the nomenclature, the attributes, the access or criticality criteria, etc. in such a way that they are consistently populated across the different systems.
🚀 Result 3: Map all the company's data, define their criticality level, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, GDPR, and quality (who has access rights to which data for what purpose with what level of accreditation) within 2 years. Clean up the supplier base, regain control of supplier indexing and integrate the purchasing IS into the global IS.
🚀 Result 4: Establish a network of data stewards (6 FTE expected in management, clinical, regulatory, quality, SC, finance...), contribute to the recruitment of these people, finalize job descriptions, animate this network and acculturate the business departments to the issue of transformation.

✅ DESIRED PROFILE:

Preferably from pharmaceutical or medical background (but it's not mandatory), you have already participated in data maturity audits, defined and implemented data strategies and solutions at the international level. Your demand for quality and traceability of data, your knowledge of management tools, glossaries (Collibra, Informatica?), and your solid background in data and possibly IT architecture ensure the link between the business and IT part. As a good educator, rigorous, fluent in English and French, you accompany the business in their digital and data transformation and know how to ask them the right questions to understand their uses.

You join a team of 4 architects (infra, solution, data, enterprise) within a team of 20 people in the ISD and you participate in the monthly architecture committee. You work every day with the fifteen BPOs of the business departments as well as with service providers and the cybersecurity team to properly implement data flows in the company's IS. Your supervisor has been in the company for 8 years. He appreciates when you ask him for arbitration, suggest improvements, not just bringing problems! You are based in Clermont, with 4-5 international trips per year to be expected.
