Project Overview

We are actively seeking talented professionals who are skilled in data architecture and engineering, with a particular expertise in Snowflake. The successful candidate will join a major U.S. client team dedicated to a CRM payroll platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Snowflake Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable data solutions on Snowflake’s cloud data platform.
• Data Modeling: Develop and maintain efficient data models within Snowflake, emphasizing performance and scalability.
• Data Integration: Build robust data pipelines to enhance data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes.
• Database Optimization: Fine-tune databases and queries for improved performance and cost efficiency.
• Data Governance and Security: Implement stringent data policies and security measures to safeguard information.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Oversee Snowflake system performance and resolve any emerging issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to meet data requirements and align solutions with business goals.
• Documentation and Training: Lead the creation of insightful documentation and training materials on best practices and procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in data technology to continually refine our data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Demonstrable experience with data architecture and Snowflake solution implementations.
• Expertise in SQL and knowledge of Snowflake’s advanced capabilities and services.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with prowess in effective communication and collaboration.
• Possession of or willingness to obtain Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced).
