Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architecture & Engineering - Senior Manager to lead our data architecture team. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of high-caliber data architecture professionals.
• Strategically defining TIM's data architecture, covering platform, components, security, compliance, and LGPD.
• In-depth knowledge in Data, Governance, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure costs.
• Designing processes and governance frameworks.
• Architecting complex projects.
• Maintaining a future-oriented vision and striving for continuous innovation.
• Creating strong connections with clients, suppliers, and both internal and external benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience

Ideal candidates will have:

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience in managing high-performance teams.
• Proficiency with analytical ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Data Architecture, preferably within the GCP cloud environment.
• Fluent English.
