What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a qualified Data Engineer with the following skills:

• Experience in building data pipelines and performing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) for customer data.
• Proficiency in handling various data sets and designing semantic data layers for business use cases.
• A product mindset to comprehend business needs and develop scalable engineering solutions.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Domo (preferred), Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI.
• Expertise in cloud Big Data technologies like AWS EMR, S3, Glue ETL, Athena, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, Cloud Formation templates, Cloud Watch Logs, and Ansible.
• Ability to present technical and non-technical information to DP platform users and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of Agile methodology, with experience in an Agile environment being a plus.
• B2B experience and a good grasp of account hierarchies.

What Will You Do?

As a Data Engineer, you will:

• Drive the implementation of the Data Platform, collaborating with a cross-functional team.
• Transform large data sets to craft highly targeted customer audiences for personalized experiences.
• Work closely with business lines to understand data requirements and use cases, detailing how data is created, collected, and consumed across different digital marketing channels.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives by leveraging new cloud technologies alongside existing enterprise technologies.
