This role centers on the Microsoft Incentives Operations (MIO) platform, focusing on delivering $7B annually in accurate and compliant payments to partners and suppliers. Role Overview

As a key player in our team, you will:

• Analyze and clarify design features during grooming sessions with technical program managers and product managers.
• Design and architect robust solutions for various features and scenarios.
• Champion Engineering Excellence and DevOps, focusing on scalable, high-performance, and reliable solutions.
• Collaborate extensively across different Data Engineering teams to enhance functionality and ensure consistency.
• Utilize telemetry data to enhance product robustness by identifying improvements and prioritizing engineering backlog.

What You Bring

Your expertise is essential in the following areas:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with various data stores, data modeling, and engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Lake, Spark, and designing data workflows and pipelines.
• Experience in monitoring systems, building scalable data solutions, and continuous integration.
