Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Data Engineer focused on Azure within the Product and Technology unit, you'll be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance our digital strategies. This includes:

  • Developing, deploying, and maintaining robust data pipelines using Spark, Python, Scala on the Hadoop/Cloudera platform.
  • Ensuring high standards of data security and accuracy.
  • Keeping pace with the latest in Azure, AWS, and other relevant technologies to meet business needs.
  • Optimizing data processes and implementing innovative automated solutions.

Who We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have 4-8 years of experience with Spark, Python, and Scala, deep familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem, and expertise in Azure data services. Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for data modeling and schema design are crucial, alongside proficiency in orchestration tools and data integration technologies.
