We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is an inquisitive self-starter passionate about diving into data, unveiling insights, and promoting data-driven decision-making. You should excel in challenges, think creatively, and bring innovative solutions to the table.

As a member of the Data Science Chapter, you will work within our agile squads to drive impactful projects and initiatives. Our Agile delivery model fosters a fast-paced, collaborative environment valuing continuous learning and innovation. You'll get the chance to shape the future of our data initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, interpret, and connect complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop data models, algorithms, and statistical methods to solve various business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Platform groups to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses, validate findings, and ensure rigorous data science execution.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions are well-understood.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies for a more efficient environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to privacy, data security, and responsible data use.

Qualifications

Now Let’s Talk About You:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and dbt.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable.
