Role Overview: Data Scientist & IA Expert

As an apprentice Data Scientist & IA Expert, under the EUS Global Operations Manager’s supervision, you’ll engage in:

• Data Analysis and Utilization: Collecting and preparing data to establish a reference framework. Conducting exploratory data analysis to extract key insights and enhance the use of our tools and equipment.
• Data Visualization: Creating reports and assisting in communicating results to support service lines and operational teams. Designing reports on PowerBi & Service Now for EUS teams.
• AI Utilization and Model Design: Leveraging available AI tools and designing models to boost operational performance and understand usage trends. Collaborating with the DWP & END-USER SUPPORT team to promote AI and ChatBOT usage (supporting changes, knowledge base enhancement).

• A minimum of a Bac +2 degree in Computer Science, with a passion for scripting, data, and cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Dynamic, curious, and proactive demeanor.
• Enjoyment of challenges, especially in scripting, modeling, and project work.

Location and Additional Information

Position based in Tour Coeur Défense (Paris region). Desired start date: August/September 2024. Contract duration: 12 or 24 months. Our recruitment process includes two interviews.
