About The Role

What You Will Do

• Innovatively create and validate Machine Learning pipelines with leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide quick and accurate responses to internal and external inquiries regarding datasets and models.
• Process complex datasets, establish quality control procedures, and extract actionable insights.
• Use data to offer innovative strategies and actionable recommendations to data science, engineering, and product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for modern data science and Machine Learning application.
• Design and implement cutting-edge models and experiments to drive growth in new company domains.
• Document data sources and processes for comprehensive analysis and modeling.

Who We Are Looking For

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning, statistics, probability, algorithm development, and data analytics.
• Strong skills in programming and querying languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience deploying scalable solutions after prototyping.
• Experience with Machine Learning tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark ML, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with distributed version control such as Git.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
• Experience designing and implementing new ideas from concept to implementation.
• PhD in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in startup, retail, digital advertising, or e-commerce environments.

Actual salaries may vary based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, location, and performance. For the Seattle location, the pay range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 per year. The compensation package may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and other team-specific awards.
