About The Role We are seeking a highly proficient Data Scientist, Analytics who enjoys making deep dives into data to disclose valuable insights and thrives in a swift, data-driven context. Here, you will play a crucial role in backing data-driven decision-making by examining extensive and complicated datasets, producing actionable reports, and providing useful insights to key stakeholders. You Will Question the status quo, and facilitate data led decision-making. Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues across all sectors of our business. Develop and maintain product performance dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide insights into key performance indicators and assist business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities based on data-driven insights and recommend suitable metrics for performance measurement. Develop and implement product testing strategies to inform product development decisions and shape business choices based on insights and trends. Manage the entire data lifecycle, including data collection, processing, and utilizing insights to make informed decisions. Define and cultivate best practices in analytics instrumentation and experimentation. You Have A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, product management, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, and/or R. Experience working with large and complex datasets. A highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and an inquisitiveness to investigate data and discover insights. A highly motivated, results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a high-paced environment and can deliver successful outcomes with little guidance. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze commercial opportunities. Excellent communication skills with the capability to clearly present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. It would be advantageous if you have some experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus. Our competitive base pay is within the NYC salary range of $80,000 - $150,000, and we offer a similar competitive range in other locations. Salary is in accordance with experience, generous initial-stage equity package, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance.
