We're searching for a highly skilled Data Scientist, Analytics who excels at delving into data to unearth valuable insights and thrives in a fast-paced, data-centric environment. You will play a critical role in assisting data-based decision-making by analyzing extensive and complex datasets, creating actionable reports, and providing significant insights to key stakeholders.
Challenge the status quo and promote decision-making based on data.
Carry out in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and problems across every aspect of our business.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that offer insights into key performance indicators and aid business decision-making.
Cooperate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities based on data-derived insights and suggest suitable metrics for performance measurement.
Design and execute product testing strategies to guide product development decisions and shape business decisions based on insights and trends.
Manage the entire data lifecycle, from data collection and processing to using insights for informed decision-making.
Establish and promote best practices in analytics instrumentation and experimentation.
A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, product management, or a related field.
Strong analytic capabilities with experience in SQL, Python, and/or R.
Past experience working with large and complex data sets.
A highly analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and a curiosity to explore data and uncover insights.
You are highly motivated, results-driven, can excel in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver successful outcomes with minimal guidance.
Strong business sense with the capability to understand and analyze commercial opportunities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear manner to non-technical stakeholders.
It would be even more advantageous if you have:
Some experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience in an agile development environment is a plus.
Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.

We provide competitive base pay with a UK range of 70,000 - 120,000 GBP, with similarly competitive ranges in other locations. Salary is commensurate with experience, along with a generous early-stage equity package and benefits that include medical/dental/vision.
