Job Title: Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist with 2-4 years of experience in a top-tier consultancy or high-tech company to join our global Strategy and Business Operations team. Help us envision our long-term growth plans.

Your Role in Action:

• Build advanced predictive models and data pipelines to inform management decisions
• Conduct advanced data analysis and coordinate with other teams to gather insights
• Partner with department heads and business leaders to complete advanced projects where data science contributes
• Master the company’s data ecosystem and provide insights on its optimal use
• Inform our annual strategic planning process

Your Skills:

• Hands-on experience with statistical methods, causal inference, and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas/numpy/sklearn/statsmodels)
• Ability to distill actionable insights from varied and incomplete data
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and project completion skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact at all organizational levels
• 2-4 years of data science experience in a business setting
• Minimum BSc in a quantitative discipline (statistics, computer science, econometrics)
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt is a plus
• Receptive to regular feedback and eager to learn

Compensation:

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position offers total compensation including a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, IP Tax Relief, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range is between $168,000 - $252,000 gross/year (Employment Contract). The final salary will be based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range is less common, allowing for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
