Position Overview:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic AWS Backend/Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in product development and software design strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, focusing primarily on full stack applications that integrate data science techniques. Key Responsibilities:
● Engage in hands-on coding and feature development within an agile team.
● Debug collaboratively to identify and resolve issues ensuring timely deliverables.
● Design and execute full stack applications that involve data science, from conception to implementation, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
● Assist in the creation and management of project roadmaps, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to nurture highly skilled tech teams.
● Drive continuous team performance improvements through retrospectives and innovative experiments.
● Maintain a strong sense of ownership and accountability throughout all projects.
Required Experience and Skills:
● A B-Tech/M-Tech degree with over 7 years of experience.
● Strong proficiency in front and back-end development technologies with robust knowledge of CS fundamentals.
● Expertise in server-side languages and frameworks such as Python (Django, Flask), Node.js, Java 8, Spring Boot, and REST API implementation.
● Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, and expert-level skills in Neo4j graph database optimization.
● Proven skills in building cloud-native applications with a solid understanding of AWS environments and microservices architecture.
● Advanced knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and various AWS services like S3, EC2, RDS, and Glue.
● Prior exposure to application performance testing, tuning, and understanding of automated build and testing tools such as Jenkins and Cucumber.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with API development protocols and familiarity with the banking sector.
● AWS Developer or Solutions Architect Certification is advantageous.
