Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist at Employment Hero, you will:

• Develop and evaluate advanced generative AI models to enhance user engagement and value.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, ML engineers, and software developers.
• Analyze both structured and unstructured datasets to drive company strategy and decision-making.
• Create proof-of-concepts and optimize AI solutions for cost efficiency and performance.
• Contribute to the integration of predictive models into our diverse product suite.

What You Need to Succeed

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Expertise in SQL and Python programming.
• Experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Proven ability to develop, build, and validate AI models.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and prototype building skills.

Bonus points for:

• Skills in prompt engineering and optimizing LLM performance.
• NLP abilities to derive insights from unstructured data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their AI services.
