Key Responsibilities:

• Enhancing CRM systems through the integration of AI technologies to support strategic decision-making by leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive models, and machine learning, enhancing business intelligence and operational efficiency.
• Implementing and integrating new versions and functionalities of existing CRM systems in collaboration with Regional and Global teams to elevate system capabilities.
• Analyzing large and complex datasets using AI techniques to identify patterns and deliver insights for strategic decision-making.
• Developing and implementing predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven statistical analyses to transform business operations.
• Managing and optimizing existing CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
• Ensuring data management procedures are current and providing end-user training on CRM functionalities.
• Performing regular data audits to identify and rectify inaccuracies or inconsistencies, ensuring higher data quality.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in French (FR) and/or Dutch (NL), with strong proficiency in English (EN).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or others.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Experience in data management and model development.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to translate business requirements into data modeling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
