Job Description
We are actively seeking a talented Data Scientist to engage in technical Data Science and AI projects. You should exhibit an innovative, methodical, solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. Your primary objective will be to ensure the excellence of your Data Science/AI solutions, which are critical to delivering disruptive projects for our clients.
Your Role on Our Projects
- Analyzing business needs, defining data collection and processing methods, selecting Machine Learning or Deep Learning models, and applying data processing and visualization techniques
- Presenting analyses and results to business stakeholders and sponsors
- Sharing technical insight with team members through solution and code reviews, recommendations, and certifications
- Participating in meet-ups, coding dojos, and writing articles and case studies
Your Role at Talan
- Advising clients on technological solutions aligned with their needs
- Developing Proof of Concepts (POC)
- Participating in internal projects and knowledge sharing within our teams
- Facilitating internal training and knowledge exchange
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Graduate from a leading engineering school/PhD holder specializing in Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
- Proficient in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning techniques
- Expertise in data management and Data Visualization
- Proficient in Python, R, RShiny, SQL
- Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Docker, Jenkins/Nexus
- Knowledge of Big Data frameworks: pySpark, Spark, NoSQL
- Experience with tools like Dataiku, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML
- Autonomous, organized, and a strong communicator
