This role is crucial in navigating the complexities of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, providing strategic guidance, and deploying data-driven models that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
As a part of our dedicated team, you will:
- Mine, evaluate, and engineer features from available data, and optimize predictive modeling.
- Analyze needs of clients and partners, anticipate model impacts, assist in model operationalization, and support rollout processes.
- Apply statistical, machine learning, and AI methodologies to maintain models and segmentations aligning with business objectives.
- Create and manage complex programming tasks required for data preparation and mining.
- Develop and evaluate complex models, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Produce clear and concise data visualizations and presentations to aid in decision-making processes and present these to related committees.
- Define essential needs and constraints to maintain model performance and ensure documentation is current and precise.
- Identify and recommend enhancements for data management tools, improving rules and systems continuously.

Desired Qualifications
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least four years of relevant experience in data science or related areas.
- Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
- Advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of complex business issues.
