About the Role

As a Data Scientist focused on Rider Experience & Safety, you'll have the opportunity to analyze and leverage data to make strategic decisions that enhance user experience and business efficacy. You will:

• Evaluate data and analytical frameworks to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data insights into actionable decisions.
• Design and analyze robust online experiments, and guide launch decisions based on these insights.
• Develop and refine analytical frameworks to monitor the performance metrics of our products and services.
• Create and maintain KPIs to measure the health of our products and the satisfaction of our riders and drivers.

Who You Are

Ideally, you bring a strong quantitative background with:

• A degree in statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, engineering, or a similar field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Expertise in SQL with a proven ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
• Proficient in programming with knowledge of Python or R, focusing on data science and visualization tools.
• Experience in conducting online experimentation and statistical analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
