Eligibility Criteria

Note: This position requires candidates to be currently enrolled in their final year at a university in São Paulo (Capital).

Role Overview: What You'll Do

As part of our dynamic team, you will:

• Decode complex insurance data and understand fraud mechanisms.
• Develop and refine mathematical models related to insurance claims and transactions.
• Code, test, and optimize algorithms to improve our AI-driven solutions.
• Engage directly with clients during workshops to gather essential feedback and integrate it into our solutions.
• Continuously innovate, suggesting improvements to enhance our technology and methodologies.

What You Bring to the Table

The ideal candidate will be native in Portuguese and fluent in English, with:

• Advanced skills in Applied Mathematics, especially in machine learning or operations research.
• A knack for both analytical and synthetic thinking, with attention to detail.
• Capability to write high-quality production code.
• Eagerness to interact with clients, understand their needs, and integrate their insights into projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in an additional language being advantageous.
