Your Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Independently manage and process project-related tasks.
• Formulate project proposals autonomously.
• Analyze and assess methods in data engineering, machine learning, AI, and more to determine their impact on Freudenberg.
• Implement innovative techniques and solutions in data analysis.
• Provide expert advice to internal customers on data preparation, analysis, and evaluation.
• Create comprehensive functional documentation and reports.

What You Need to Succeed

• A completed degree in a technical or scientific field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Proficiency in statistical methods and programming languages like R, Python, or Spark.
• Familiarity with continuous data flow IT environments, including cloud applications in Azure.
• Hands-on experience with data science methods, model creation, and data-source integration.
• Past usage of distributed IT systems and cloud-based solutions for data analysis, such as MS Azure Databricks (advantageous).
• Strong command of English, with German language skills being an added bonus.
