What will you bring to the team? The Intelligence Unit of the Business Operations team is looking for a Data Scientist with strong analytical and communication skills to join us. We design algorithms that learn from core systems like HCM, ERP, ATS, CRM, internal products, and Staffing Systems to generate and refine existing data models. Your Day-to-Day On an average day, you will closely collaborate with accomplished data analysts, data engineers, software engineers, and business groups. As a successful data scientist in our team, you will play the role of an analytical problem solver who enjoys delving into data, is enthusiastic about investigations and algorithms, can manage multiple tasks, and can effectively interface between technical teams and business stakeholders. Your analytical prowess, understanding of business, and technical expertise will be applied to unearthing specific and actionable opportunities to solve prevailing business problems through engineering and business team collaborations. Your abilities to assimilate and communicate insights and recommendations to audiences with varying levels of technical sophistication will be utilized to address particular business questions and inspire future innovations. Your major responsibilities include: - Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models, applying code for data analysis, and crafting statistical and machine learning models and algorithms. - Evaluating the effectiveness of data systems by assessing variances, discrepancies, and efficiency. - Supporting decision-making processes by providing the needs to construct analytical capabilities, platforms, pipelines, and metrics; then using them to examine trends and discover the root causes of model inaccuracies.
