Role Overview

As a Data Scientist I residing in the Analytics sphere, you will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams to enhance Tinder's platform. Your expertise will help drive initiatives through robust data analysis, experiments, and comprehensive strategic insights that influence both our business and user experience. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles or San Francisco, CA, requiring your collaborative spirit in-office three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

In your new role, you will:

• Design and analyze experiments, interpreting data stories to share insights across the organization.
• Champion data-driven recommendations that influence product and marketing strategies.
• Operationalize performance metrics, developing actionable dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.

Your Profile

To succeed, you'll need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, with a Master’s or PhD in social sciences being advantageous.
• 1-2 years experience in Data Science, with proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• A curious nature and eagerness to drive new initiatives through innovative data exploration.
