This role focuses on operational analytics and strategic decision-making to optimize traveler experiences and create unforgettable memories for our customers.

Role Overview:

As a Data Scientist I, you will leverage vast amounts of industry data to drive improvements across various operational facets of the Account Management team. Your role will involve A/B testing analysis, deep dives into account manager behaviors, and enhancing dashboards for strategic decision-making with partners. You will collaborate closely with account management stakeholders to build trust and deliver impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frame business challenges as analytical problems, using advanced analytics and statistical knowledge.
• Extract and integrate data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Create and maintain informative dashboards to aid Account Managers in strategic partner discussions.
• Present complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work collaboratively across teams to promote best practices and drive technological simplifications.

Who You Are:

• A holder of a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Experienced in SQL, Python, R, or other major programming languages.
• Skilled in data visualization and familiar with tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Proactive, independent, with a strong bias for action and minimal need for direction.
