The Job: Pioneering the Future of Streaming with Max

Become integral to the launch of our premier video streaming application, Max. This role in the Max Data Science team involves supporting marketing teams to gauge and optimize the impact of their strategies on sales, profitability, and brand equity. Your expertise in media spend channels, metrics, KPIs, and multivariate statistical models will be pivotal in developing and refining market mix models and conducting experiments to enhance our media spend efficacy.

Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct performance analysis to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Develop a deep understanding of media investment returns and strategic performance metrics.
• Refine and maintain market mix and attribution models using top-tier statistical methods.
• Build and utilize optimization algorithms to maximize subscriber growth and revenue.
• Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for business strategy and executive decisions.
• Engage closely with business partners and senior executives to drive media performance and strategic planning.

The Essentials

• BA/BS in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; Masters/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Databricks; knowledge of Media Mix Modeling advantageous.
• Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and capacity for creative problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for influencing cross-functional teams.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $109,200 to $202,800 per year, complemented by a competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
