Role: Data Scientist

RH is hiring a skilled Data Scientist to unlock insights from our vast datasets, drive strategic, data-informed decisions, and tackle complex business challenges. This role is based in Corte Madera, CA, under RH US, LLC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain data integrity throughout SKU lifecycle; validate, test, and transform data across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to audit, manage, and optimize data.
  • Proactively ensure data hygiene, ensuring optimal SKU setup and alignment.
  • Analyze, manipulate, and process extensive datasets.
  • Conduct database audits for multi-channel and system alignment.
  • Define and implement process improvement objectives.
  • Develop and recommend data-driven solutions and facilitate team-wide rollouts.
  • Map processes to identify improvements in workflows or technology.
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and troubleshoot data issues.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Skills in creating and training statistical models with various algorithms.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and process design.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R Studio, Fusion, ATG, or Oracle.
  • Maintaining data health through the product life cycle.
