Job Summary

Dezign Concepts LLC is seeking an accomplished Data Scientist - Lead, to spearhead a team focused on Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of various applications. This role is vital in managing data science programs and systems aimed at data aggregation, analytics, summarization, and visualization across both structured and unstructured datasets.

Important: This position requires an active Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative analytic methods using AI/ML techniques. Embed these advancements into self-service tools to support the Sponsor’s mission across various platforms. Support the creation and deployment of ruggedized, deployable technology solutions to enhance data operations. Troubleshoot and innovate through automation, AI/ML, NLP, data exploitation, and other methods to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Experience and Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Existing Active Top Secret SCI with Poly required.
• Extensive hands-on expertise and leadership in Data Science is crucial.
• Strong background in Python and Python analytics packages such as pandas, numpy, scipy, gensim, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proficient in developing ML models on text and structured datasets.
• Skilled with data visualization tools like Kibana, Bokeh, and Tableau.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive data in varied security environments.
• Experience in producing readily understandable technical reports for non-technical audiences.
