Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Scientist Lead/Manager at Lifelancer, your key responsibilities will include:

Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist Lead/Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in Python programming and data science.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of at least five employees.
• Proven experience in data science disciplines.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with researchers and stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid business acumen combined with data analytic abilities to identify key questions from datasets, provide clear answers, and explain key findings.
• Basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
