Position Overview:

In collaboration with NTU’s Office of Data and Analytics, the selected candidate will uncover valuable insights from diverse data sources, driving the development and implementation of advanced analytic solutions. This role is crucial in navigating complex datasets to improve understanding of key audiences, optimize marketing strategies, and enhance overall communication effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

The Data Scientist will:

  • Act as the authority on marketing research, measurement, and attribution methodologies.
  • Design and execute advanced models to translate complex business needs into actionable strategies, focusing on content effectiveness, brand perception, and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with other data experts at NTU to standardize data collection and analysis, promoting a cohesive, data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Develop and refine a comprehensive marketing dashboard that provides real-time insights and performance metrics across multiple channels.
  • Champion the identification, evaluation, and integration of state-of-the-art tools for digital marketing data analysis and storage.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quantitative role focused on marketing analytics, preferably within a data science group, media agency, or digital marketing firm.
  • A proven ability to lead end-to-end marketing research projects, demonstrating expertise in statistical analysis, digital marketing analytics, and audience research.
  • Experience utilizing relational databases and interfacing with XML/JSON/APIs.
