As a data scientist within the rapidly evolving MCM sector, you will be at the forefront of advertising technology, leveraging AI to deliver precisely targeted ads via our proprietary first-party data. This critical role supports MCM's dynamic expansion by enhancing our ad-tech stack's components like ranking, retrieval, auction/bidding, and budget pacing. We value candidates who bring previous ad-tech experience to our high-growth environment.
- Conduct exhaustive analyses to drive R&D and strategic decisions.
- Develop and refine metrics that guide business collaborations and data-driven decisions.
- Enhance ML models by improving data quality and insights, impacting Moloco’s complex bidding systems.
- Robust problem-solving skills, adept at managing multiple projects, and skilled in large dataset analysis and statistical recommendation.
- Extensive background in statistical analysis and programming with tools like Python, R, and SQL.
- At least 3 years of industry or relevant postgraduate experience, or an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline with 2+ years of experience.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics or Computer Science.
- Proven leadership skills, a proactive teaching approach, and a continuous learning mindset.
For candidates based in the United States, the salary range for this position is $159,832—$209,748 USD, depending on non-discriminatory factors such as experience and skills. Moloco offers a competitive benefits package that promotes wellbeing and supports a balanced life.
