Currently, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Data Scientist to be part of our Adapt squad. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing algorithms that enable seamless and inclusive tracking of movement.

About the Role

As a Data Scientist focused on movement, you’ll:

• Automate the end-to-end Movement experience.
• Enhance algorithms for Workout Heart Rate.
• Refine our step and calorie counting algorithms.

This is a remote position based in the US, ideally suited for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.

Who We Are Looking For

If you have:

• At least 4 years relevant experience as a data scientist or ML engineer, including deployment to product.
• Experience with time-series data from devices like multi-axis accelerometers or gyroscopes.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and expert knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud services for end-to-end development.

Nice-to-have skills include:

• Experience with Pytorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
• Background in consumer wearables, embedded systems, or firmware development.

Salary Details

Salaries are market-based and categorized by US regions:

• Region 1: $137,250 - $157,750
• Region 2: $130,388 - $149,363
• Region 3: $123,525 - $140,975
