Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Nicholas, our CTO and Co-Founder. In your role as a Data Scientist, you'll take charge of:

• Developing and fine-tuning state-of-the-art models.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in NLP, LLM, and CV technologies and proactively suggesting integration of cutting-edge advancements.
• Evaluating AI models rigorously.
• Professionalizing our MLOps pipeline.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Python, bonus points for Django experience.
• Profound knowledge of NLP tools and frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Proven ability to convert the latest AI research into practical applications.
• Experience in training smaller models and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
• Demonstrated expertise spanning the entire MLOps pipeline, from design to evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey your initiatives.
