Key Responsibilities

As part of the Natera R&D team, your role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence through data-driven strategies. Your tasks will include:

• Partnering with R&D stakeholders to refine and automate workflows.
• Leading the collection, structuring, and thorough analysis of data to address critical business questions.
• Managing tools and reports development from ideation through deployment, ensuring effective maintenance post-launch.
• Communicating complex data insights in an understandable narrative to a diverse audience.
• Advancing our data governance standards and enhancing data reliability and quality across R&D operations.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• A background in life sciences or a related quantitative field is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Advanced degrees like a Master’s or PhD in relevant fields.
• Experience with the Python data science ecosystem, data visualization, Snowflake, Linux, and web services.

Compensation and Location

Based in San Carlos, CA, the position offers a competitive salary range of $103,000—$155,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Natera ensures fair compensation based on a structured framework.
