Your Role and Responsibilities

Your mission involves a variety of dynamic tasks focused on optimizing plant performance through data-driven insights:

• Statistical Analysis & Machine Learning: Apply your expertise to extract valuable insights from plant data, impacting decision-making processes significantly.
• Automated Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain and enhance tools to monitor real-time performance efficiently.
• Collaborative Projects: Work alongside engineers, plant operators, and other data scientists, contributing to cross-functional team success.
• Data Integration: Set up and manage ETL processes ensuring seamless data accessibility across various platforms.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in data analytics to foster innovation within our operations.

Requirements:

We believe your background plays a crucial role in your success here. You should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in large-scale plant or manufacturing settings.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and data analysis, with solid experience in ML, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with data engineering tools such as SQL, Databricks, and Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data in a simplified manner.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
