The Bosch Engineering Center in Linz is dedicated to developing software and hardware related to the powertrain, as well as components for sustainable and climate-neutral energy management. We also support the organization in software development through training measures, consulting, and direct involvement of our experts in strategically important digitization projects.

Job Description

Shape the Future: Play a central role in an interdisciplinary and international team, promoting digital skills and competencies within the business sector.

Deliver Enthusiasm: Develop and manage innovative training programs focused on Data Science to meet our company's evolving needs.

Take Responsibility: Collaborate with colleagues from the qualification team to create and curate training materials (e.g., online courses, webinars, and university partnerships) from both external and internal sources, ensuring our training programs remain cutting-edge.

Stay Updated: Regularly evaluate specific digital qualification opportunities with cross-functional teams, respond to internal and external changes, and ensure our programs meet industry standards.

Experience Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders around the qualification team, share best practices and anti-patterns, and actively shape the continuous improvement of our training programs.

Qualifications

Personality: You are a team player with a structured, independent, and analytical work style who is passionate about continuous learning and lifelong education.

Skills and Experience: You bring solid knowledge and practical experience in Data Science, along with insights into current industry trends. You are skilled in project management and possess strong communication and presentation skills.

Education and Languages: You have completed university education in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field, and are proficient in German and English. Experience in designing and managing training programs is a significant advantage.

We offer an attractive salary package starting at a minimum gross salary of 52,430€ p.a. (including 13th & 14th salary, 38.5h/week, Collective Agreement for the Metal Industry). Depending on your qualifications and experience, willingness for significant overpayment exists.
