You will utilize advanced modeling techniques (e.g., LLM, Gemini models) for machine learning metrics, apply human evaluation methods, and design research grounded in user-survey data. Our responsibilities include metric development, product performance analysis, experiment design, and complex user journey analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams on Real World Journeys to provide leadership in problem-solving, metrics research, and advanced statistical analysis of complex user journeys on search.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify areas for metric improvement, design new metrics, and develop evaluation methods.
  • Support teams with advanced experimentation methods, detect user learning effects, and drive actionable insights from A/B testing metrics analysis.
  • Work with large datasets to address non-routine investigative issues, applying problem-solving and statistical methods to measure quality, enhance consumer products, and understand end-user behavior.
  • Make product recommendations through effective presentations of findings to stakeholders at multiple levels, using data storytelling techniques.
