Role Summary

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will analyze vast datasets to understand the evolving geopolitical and military landscape. You will employ diverse data mining techniques, develop models, devise algorithms, and execute simulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support NSG strategies by developing automated collection models and analytic workflows
• Enhance the operational performance of automation solutions through performance data evaluation
• Apply data science and visual programming to improve analysis tasks
• Engineer solutions for IC intelligence integration, automated collections, and visualizations
• Perform extensive data collection, analytic modeling, and data visualization
• Conduct gap analysis on current technologies and communicate progress to customers
• Research and assess new technologies beneficial for the Collections Community
• Clearly present data-driven findings to diverse audiences
• Train and integrate new tools and capabilities for collection orchestration
• Support emerging requirements assigned by the government
• Develop operational performance metrics for automated solutions

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Proficiency in common geospatial software applications and tools: Python, SQL, Git, AWS Sagemaker, ESRI ArcGIS, TensorFlow, etc.
• Extensive application of advanced knowledge and skills, demonstrated in previous work
• Leadership capabilities and quality control of subordinate employees’ work
• Ability to collaborate across the Intelligence Community for enhanced analytical results
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Active DoD TS/SCI Personal Security Clearance
• Preferred: TS/SCI with CI polygraph

Security Responsibilities:

Adherence to all company security and data protection policies. Proper handling and marking of all information and materials. No disclosure of protected information without proper authorization.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office setting and regularly uses standard office equipment.
