About the Role:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will take the lead in:

• Designing and implementing machine learning models and advanced analytics to solve critical business challenges.
• Manipulating and analyzing complex data, driving both exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.
• Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust analytical solutions, providing insights and recommendations.
• Pioneering data visualization and communication to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance code quality through regular reviews and fostering improvements in coding standards.
• Exploring innovative methodologies to continuously enhance the team's technical capabilities.

What We Require:

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• At least 4 years of professional experience, or 3 years with a Master's degree.
• Strong proficiency in R or Python, and SQL.
• Solid experience in machine learning implementation and familiarity with standard statistical concepts.
• Proficient use of version control systems like git.
