Job Opportunity: Data Scientist / Software Developer (m/w/d) in Customer Support

We are looking for a dedicated Data Scientist / Software Developer (m/w/d) in Customer Support to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Develop innovative software solutions for complex data analysis.
• Continuously improve data and software quality.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data.
• Create predictive models to optimize business processes, maintenance recommendations, and prevent machine downtimes.
• Play an active role in the digitalization of business processes and production plants using artificial intelligence at leading companies.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A completed Master's degree in Informatics, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar qualification.
• Initial experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• A team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented work style.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.
