Analyze and optimize global operational processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery services, and supporting service improvement efforts by providing data-based insights and recommendations.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data related to Retail OPS KPIs.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to the identification of inefficiencies in current workflows or areas for improvement (both internally and from other teams) that need to be modified to see the benefits of committed improvements.

• Performance Monitoring and Problem Resolution: Follow real-time data, review operational metrics and proactively identify potential issues or deviations from expected service levels. In the event of performance discrepancies, investigate root causes, propose solutions and work closely with the team to resolve issues quickly.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• Intermediate-Advanced SQL

• Basic Python

• Intermediate Excel

• Intermediate Power BI

• 1-2 years of experience in jobs related to Data Analysis.

• English - desirable
