Role Overview:

As part of EverBright’s Monitoring and VPP (Virtual Power Plant) team, the Data Scientist role involves enhancing solar production estimation, ensuring data quality on our monitoring platform, and developing algorithms for predicting future battery capacities to optimize VPP dispatch. This position demands a blend of technical prowess and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members in an agile development setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop machine learning models, optimization algorithms, and other modeling solutions.
• Analyze a variety of datasets, including time-series and big data on distributed computing platforms.
• Create comprehensive technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
• Contribute to software development in Python, R, or similar languages within product development teams.
• Perform additional job-related duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
