Job Summary

As a Data Scientist, you will support our marketing team by defining how digital performance is measured. Your role involves conducting, analyzing, and measuring the performance of digital marketing campaigns while monitoring marketing and sales trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement tracking across all marketing activities to ensure data accuracy.
• Research and analyze the Egyptian market and international markets, including competitor and market trends analysis.
• Define and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify, interpret trends or patterns.
• Create comprehensive reports by converting data findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
• Carry out both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Develop solutions to bring insights into customer targeting and market segmentation.
• Collaborate with agile squads to enhance data infrastructure and research platforms.
• Track and define KPIs for strategic actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in data manipulation and statistical model building.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python, SQL, etc.
• Experience with data architectures and various machine learning techniques.
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and their real-world application.
• Excellent communication, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in a digital/tech multi-disciplinary environment.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and lean principles.
• Outstanding project management and presentation skills.
